Cancellation policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customers

1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch: Customers may cancel their order at any time before the vendor has processed and dispatched the item. To cancel an order:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Navigate to the “My Orders” section.
  • Select the order you wish to cancel and click the “Cancel” option.
  • Once confirmed, a full refund will be processed within 30 business days.

1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch: If the product has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Customers may instead opt to return the item once it has been delivered, following our Return Policy guidelines.

1.3 Non-Cancellable Items: Certain products, such as personalized or perishable items, may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been confirmed. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

2. Order Cancellation by Vendors

2.1 Vendor-Initiated Cancellations: Vendors may cancel an order in cases where:

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • There are issues with the shipping address or payment.
  • The vendor cannot fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.

2.2 Notification of Cancellation: In the event of a vendor-initiated cancellation, the customer will be notified via email or phone within 6 hours of the decision. The customer will receive a full refund, including any shipping fees, within 30 business days.

3. Refund Process for Cancellations

3.1 Refund Timeline: Upon successful cancellation, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 30 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary based on the payment provider.

3.2 Non-Refundable Fees: In cases where a cancellation is made after the product has been dispatched or prepared for shipment, certain fees such as handling and shipping may not be refundable, unless the cancellation is due to vendor fault or non-availability.

4. Special Conditions

4.1 Cancellation of Bulk Orders: Bulk or large quantity orders may be subject to special cancellation conditions. Customers will be informed of these conditions during the ordering process.

4.2 Promotional Items: Orders placed during promotional events (e.g., sales, special offers) may not be eligible for cancellation. This will be stated on the product page or during the promotion.
