1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is delivered damaged or defective, customers may return it for a full refund or exchange. The customer must report the issue to the vendor within 6 days of receiving the product.

1.2 Incorrect Items: If a customer receives the wrong item, they are eligible for a return or replacement. This must be reported within 2 days of receiving the product.

1.3 Change of Mind: Returns for reasons such as “change of mind” are subject to the vendor’s specific return policy. Not all products are eligible for return under this reason. Please check the vendor’s return policy before purchasing.

1.4 Exclusions: The following products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh herbs, herbal teas).
  • Opened or used items.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items purchased during special sales or promotional events.

2. Return Process

2.1 Submitting a Return Request: Customers must contact the vendor directly through Noonherb to initiate a return request. The request should include:

  • Order number.
  • Reason for return (e.g., defective product, incorrect item).
  • Supporting documentation (e.g., photos of the defect, wrong product).

2.2 Vendor Review: Once the return request is submitted, the vendor will review it and may ask for additional information. The vendor will respond within 12  business days to approve or deny the return request.

2.3 Returning the Product: If the return is approved:

  • The customer must return the product in its original packaging and condition, including all accessories, labels, and documentation.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • The product must be returned within 15 days of the return approval.

2.4 Return Shipping: Customers should use a trackable shipping method for returns. Vendors are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Refunds for Returns

3.1 Refund Approval: Once the returned product is received and inspected by the vendor, the customer will be notified of the refund approval or denial.

3.2 Refund Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

3.3 Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • The product is returned in a condition different from how it was received.
  • Missing parts or accessories.

3.4 Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.

4. Conditions for Returned Products

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be in unused and resalable condition.
  • Include all original packaging, labels, and documentation.
  • Be returned within 15 days of delivery.

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

6.1 Defective or Incorrect Products: If the return is due to a defective product or an incorrect item being shipped, the vendor will cover the cost of return shipping.

6.2 Change of Mind or Unwanted Items: For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Vendor-Specific Return Policies

8. Dispute Resolution
