1.3 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

2.1 Product Listings: Vendors must ensure that all products listed comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including safety, health, and labeling requirements. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.

2.2 Quality Standards: Vendors must ensure that their herbal products meet high-quality standards. Misrepresentation of products or misleading claims about benefits, ingredients, or certifications is prohibited.

2.3 Compliance with Laws: Vendors must comply with all local and international laws related to the sale and distribution of herbal products, including health regulations, environmental regulations, and intellectual property laws.

2.4 Shipping and Delivery: Vendors are responsible for timely and proper delivery of the products to customers. Vendors must provide accurate shipping timelines and tracking details,  and ensure that orders are fulfilled in accordance with platform policies.

2.5 Returns and Refunds: Vendors must clearly state their return and refund policies. In the event of a dispute, Noonherb may intervene to mediate, but the final responsibility lies with the vendor to resolve customer issues.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation: Customers must create an account to make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and any activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 Purchasing Products: When purchasing from a vendor, you agree that you have read the product descriptions, reviews, and any related information. Noonherb is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of vendor listings.

3.3 Payment: All payments must be made through the platform’s secure payment system. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Noonherb to charge your selected payment method.

3.4 Product Use: Customers must ensure they use herbal products safely and in accordance with the provided instructions. Noonherb is not responsible for any adverse effects arising from the misuse of products.

4. Platform Rights and Responsibilities

4.1 Platform as an Intermediary: Noonherb acts solely as an intermediary between customers and vendors. We do not own, sell, or control any of the products listed on the platform.

4.2 Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any product listings, reviews, or user content that violates our terms, including fraudulent, harmful, or misleading information.

4.3 Dispute Resolution: In the event of disputes between customers and vendors, Noonherb may act as a mediator, but is not obligated to resolve the matter. Any resolution is at the discretion of the platform.

4.4 Platform Fees: Noonherb may charge vendors a commission or service fee for using the platform. These fees will be clearly outlined during the vendor registration process.

5. Prohibited Activities

5.1 Illegal Products: Vendors are prohibited from selling any products that are illegal, unsafe, or harmful. This includes unapproved drugs, products with false or misleading claims, or items restricted by applicable law.

5.2 Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud customers, vendors, or Noonherb, such as falsifying listings or reviews, will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5.3 Intellectual Property: Users may not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized use of copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Platform Liability: Noonherb is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of products sold through the platform. All transactions are between the vendor and the customer.

6.2 No Warranty: Noonherb makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the quality, safety, or legality of the products listed by vendors.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by Platform: Noonherb reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these terms or engages in any conduct detrimental to the platform, vendors, or customers.

7.2 Termination by User: Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting customer support. However, users remain responsible for fulfilling any outstanding obligations, such as completing purchases or resolving disputes.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of government of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
