Ingredients:
Ragi, little millet, red soya, pearl millet, green gram dal, black rice, red rice, brown rice, matta rice, cashew, almonds, walnut, cardamom, red poha, corn, jowar, barnyard millet, fried gram, moong dal, soya bean, black Channa, white Channa, horse gram, kodo millet, samba wheat, white poha, black urad dal.
How to Use:
Health Drink:
Take 1-2 teaspoons (15g) of health mix and put it in a bowl.
Mix it into a smooth paste with a little water.
Pour in 200ml of milk or water.
Cook on medium flame for 3-5 minutes.
Add jaggery or country sugar to taste, stir well, and enjoy its delightful taste.
Health Porridge:
Mix 2 or 3 spoonsful of health mix with 150ml water.
Cook on medium flame for 3-5 minutes.
Add salt or sweet and ghee to taste.
Enjoy it warm.
